Whitehart Energy, is a family-owned and operated business in Wimberley, Texas.

Chris Pittman

Chris is a 5th generation Texan and grew up in Manchaca, about 25 minutes northeast of Wimberley. He spent his summers exploring swimming holes such as the Blue Hole, Little Arkansas, and the Blanco River – wherever our friends would let us drop in. A veteran of the US Marine Corps, Chris served as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Crewman, Marksmanship Instructor, and Embassy Guard where he served in Jerusalem and Tallinn, Estonia. He holds a BA in History from the University of Texas at Austin with a minor in Arabic and holds several professional trade licenses/certifications: Texas Master Electrician, North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners Professional Solar Installer, Ubiquiti Wireless Broadband Wireless Admin, and several OSHA certifications. Chris has been invited to lecture on Photovoltaics to the City of Houston, the City of McAllen, the Gulf Coast Chapter IEC and the Texas Real Estate Inspectors Association.  Chris holds several certifications from Generac including both Air and Liquid Cooled Generator Technician as well as Certified Installer status.  Chris also holds a license to plumb gas from the Texas Railroad Commission.

Chad Earwood

Chad Earwood was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Chad brings over 25 years of general construction experience to our team. He started his career in the military, completing 4 years of service with the U.S. Air Force and Navy Seabees, where he graduated from Gulfport Naval Station’s Construction Technology program.

He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Code Welding from Austin Community College and has been a professional welder since 2000. His generator technical expertise includes both air-cooled and liquid-cooled Generac certifications to install, service and repair all Generac systems up to 150kw.

Chad is also a licensed Texas Railroad Commission Alternate Fuels Technician, specializing in Liquid Propane (LP) installations — ensuring our customers’ generators are safely and correctly plumbed for reliable performance.

Chad’s construction expertise ensures our installations are top quality every time. His attention to detail on repair and maintenance ensures that the systems keep running as they should for the lifetime of the installation.

Austin Bartose

Austin Bartose was born in Connecticut but raised in Wimberley, Texas.  Austin brings 17 years of hands-on HVAC installation and maintenance experience to our team. He is a highly skilled and certified HVAC technician with the following credentials, NATE Certified, EPA Certified, Mitsubishi Mini-Split Certified.   His generator experience includes Generac Generator Install & Repair Certifications in both Air-Cooled and Liquid-Cooled Generator Systems up to 150kw.
Austin is also a Texas Railroad Commission certified Alternate Fuels technician.

With deep expertise in both HVAC systems and standby power, Austin specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of Generac generators. His broad technical knowledge and attention to detail ensure our customers receive reliable, high-quality work every time.

Chantal Pittman

Chantal was born in England, just north of London to a British father and an Italian mother, who hails from South Tyrol, an ethnically Austrian region in the Italian Alps. She attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned both a BS in Astronautical Engineering and a MS in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on robotics. After a short career in management consulting, she eventually went to to start two successful business. She then went on to earn an MBA from the University of Texas where she then started her third successful venture in digital marketing. At Whitehart Energy, Chantal handles the operations and finances.
