SALES & INSTALLATION

Whitehart Energy is your local ELITE Generac Dealer. We have sold and installed over 100 home backup generators in the Wimberley area in the last 2 years.  We understand the unique challenges of the Texas Hill Country “rockscape”, typical home mechanicals (heating/cooling/wells and rainwater collection pumps) and our power grid.  We work closely with Pedernales Electric Coop, local Electrical Supply houses and Liquid Propane partners to get you a reasonable cost estimate, prompt equipment acquisition and professional turnkey installation.

We sell all Air and Liquid Cooled whole house generator systems, transfer switches, maintenance kits and other accessories.

Generac is the #1 Trusted Name in Home Backup Generators.

Founded in 1959, Generac was the first to engineer affordable home standby generators, along with the first engine developed specifically for the rigors of generator use, and is now the #1 manufacturer of home backup generators. Generac manufactures the widest range of power products in the marketplace including portable, residential, commercial and industrial generators. We are also the leading designer and manufacturer of manual and fully automatic transfer switches and accessories for backup power applications up to 2 MW.

Whitehart is the #1 Reviewed and Rated Texas Hill Country Generac Dealer.

Whitehart is an Elite Generac Dealer. Our licensed installers and technicians have the highest credentials and are factory trained in all the Generac equipment they install, maintain and repair.

The typical sales and installation cycle is a three step process:

1. Site visit

We offer free in-home consultations where we perform a site visit, discuss your energy needs and look at where the equipment (generator and propane tank), electric lines and gas pipe need to be.  There are normally several locations that will work for the generator and we can optimize around useability, aesthetics and cost.  Our team can level dirt, place equipment, dig in power and gas lines with our heavy machinery.  This gives us many options for installing systems.

2. Estimate

We generate a detailed estimate for each project.  This gives you a very good idea of the total cost of the installation.  Once you accept the estimate, we charge you a deposit for the equipment and order it directly from Generac.  Then we get a spot reserved on our installation schedule.  We normally run appointments about 4-6 weeks out.

3. Installation

Once the installation window approaches, we communicate with you on the details of the schedule, equipment and machinery delivery on site, any scheduled power outages.
